Dr. Kirk Lee
is a board certified family physician with over 15 years of experience.
He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical
Branch in Galveston in 1990 and completed his Family Practice residency
through the University of Texas Family Practice Residency Program at
Memorial Southwest hospital in 1993. Dr. Lee has been in private
practice in Sugar Land since 1993. He is a past Family Practice section
chair at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital and currently admits
patients to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, Memorial Hermann Sugar
Land Hospital and Methodist Hospital Sugar Land.
Dr.
Lee was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, but grew up in Houston. He met
his wife, Anjanette, during undergraduate work at Baylor University and
they have four children. Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys spending
time outdoors.

Dr. Frank Mazza
is a board certified family physician with over 10 years of experience.
His practice encompasses the full spectrum of family medicine. He
enjoys teaching wellness to his patients, as well as treating their
illnesses and chronic diseases.
Dr.
Mazza was born in New York, but has lived in Houston since 1979. He
graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, University of Texas
Medical School at Houston, and Memorial Southwest Family Practice
Residency program. Dr. Mazza was voted Favorite Family Physician of
Fort Bend County in 2005. He was recognized in Texas Monthly.
Dr. Mazza is happily married and has three children. He enjoys reading, sports and music.

Helen Burgess is our Patient Advocate and enjoys her visits with the patients when
they call or come into the office. She does most of the appointment
scheduling, processes requests for medications and assists the patients
and doctors in coordinating patient care. Her background in several
service industries gave her just the qualifications she needed for her
position in our concierge medical practice.
Helen
and her husband enjoy living right in the heart of Sugar Land. They
share five children and five grandchildren and they enjoy music,
cooking and their church activities.

A Licensed Vocational Nurse by the State Board of Nurse Examiners, Tiffany Hensley
completed her training and started practicing with Personal Physicians
in November 2006. For the past several years, Tiffany worked as a
Registered Certified Pharmacy Technician, prior to becoming a nurse.
She was born and raised in Wharton, Texas, a small town just 40 minutes
outside of Fort Bend County. Tiffany received her nursing degree from
the Victoria College of Nursing in August 2006.
Tiffany
is married and is the mother of a teenage son. In her spare
time, she enjoys bowling, movies, sports, and spending time with family
and friends. |

A Licensed Vocational Nurse, Tammy Lehman
received her nursing degree from Wharton Junior College in August of
1992 and has spent her time since working in hospital, clinical and
school settings. Tammy was Dr. Lee’s nurse in his former practice and
joined Personal Physicians of Sugar Land in June of 2008.
She
was born and raised in Needville, a rural community in Fort Bend
County, and still calls it home. She is happily married and the proud
mother of a teenage year old son. In her spare time she enjoys camping,
watching her son’s sports activities and spending time with family and
friends. |

Paula McDowell, RN
has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Baylor '91) and her
experience as a nurse in ICU, ER and Operating Rooms lends
value to our concierge medical staffing.
She is married to
Jeff,another Baylor graduate who pastors a church in Sienna Plantation.
They have two children that keep them busy with school and sports
activities. The family enjoys extensive travel during Summer
break visiting National Parks and Monuments.

Amanda Marshall, LPN,
hails from Tennessee and is busy juggling the roles of wife
to Mike, mother of two young girls and owner operator of Learning
Express/Pearland, as well as assisting us with nursing duties when
staff issues arise due to vacations etc.
Amanda worked with Dr. Mazza before
his transition to concierge medicine and though her life has brought
her many changes we are unwilling to completely release her. We are
happy that she makes herself available to us despite her busy schedule.
